DESCRIPTION:It's that time of year again to celebrate Central Exchange's accomplishments\, do a little business\, and highlight the future focus of 2026! \n\nPlease join Ann Hackett\, Central Exchange Leader and Chief Learning & Engagement Officer at UMKC Bloch\, on Thursday\, January 15 as we:\n\n\n	\n	Conduct important business by voting on the:\n\n	\n		Nominating Committee's slate of Board of Directors\n		Central Exchange Officers of the Board\n		Appointments to the Nominating Committee\n	\n	\n	\n	 Share the highlights of 2025 and talk about what's coming up at Central Exchange in 2026\n	\n\n\nThe Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members.  We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year\, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2026.  Join us in-person at UMKC Bloch for a breakfast buffet at 8:30 am followed by the Annual Meeting at 9:00 am. We can't wait to see you there!\n\nA quorum is required to conduct business\, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit their vote by proxy online. Register by January 13th to help us meet the quorum. If you are not able to attend this meeting live\, or you would like to vote early\, please make your vote online by January 15\, 2026 at 9 am. Voting will become available at the beginning of January.\n\n\n\nThank you for your part in making 2025 a great year at Central Exchange. LOCATION:IN-PERSON AT UMKC BLOCH EXECUTIVE HALL 5108 CHERRY STREET\, ROOM 414 KANSAS CITY\, MO 64110 You will receive an email from UMKC Parking 24-48 hours prior to the program. This will include a personalized link to the parking registration portal. To complete registration\, you will enter your vehicle information\, including your license plate number. Parking is available in the Cherry Street Garage\, and you can also park in Lot 12\, Lot 14\, or Lot 19\, or any of the other lots in red on the map (see here).
