\nDallas Purkeypile is President and CEO of AdventHealth South Overland Park\, a multi-specialty inpatient facility in southern Overland Park\, KS.

\nBefore being named President and CEO of AdventHealth South Overland Park\, Dallas held clinical and operational leadership positions. He joined AdventHealth in 2008 after working as an Emergency Department nurse leader for nearly 10-years. His first role was to lead the first freestanding Emergency Department in the state of Kansas at AdventHealth Lenexa\, and he eventually served as the campus&rsquo\;s Director of Operations before taking on the role of Executive Director of Operations for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. Dallas was named President and CEO of AdventHealth Ottawa in 2020 where he served on the board for the Franklin County Development Council and local United Way.

\nDallas earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union College and his Master of Business Administration at Mid-America Nazarene University. He is a graduate of the inaugural cohort of AdventHealth&rsquo\;s Executive Leadership Program and serves on the Midland Adventist Academy and Kansas Healthcare Collaborative boards. Dallas and his wife Amber have two boys\, Silas and Luke. When he is not working or volunteering\, he enjoys playing golf\, basketball\, singing and enjoying time with family and friends.

\nSissel Jacob \;is president and chief executive officer of AdventHealth Lenexa City Center\, the newest hospital in the AdventHealth Mid-America Region. Previously\, Sissel served as president and CEO of AdventHealth Manchester in Kentucky where she oversaw the market&rsquo\;s expansion with a new rural health clinic in Pineville\, Ky. She has also served as vice president of operations for St. Anthony North Hospital in Westminster\, Colo.\, as well as director of operations\, corporate director of supply chain\, director of environmental services and director of food and nutrition services\, serving several hospitals in AdventHealth&rsquo\;s Rocky Mountain Region in Colorado.

\nSissel holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and management from Union College. She is also a graduate of AdventHealth&rsquo\;s Executive Leadership Program.

\nOutside of work\, Sissel enjoys spending time with her family\, including husband\, Jeremy\, and two children\, Edward and Arthur.
