SUMMARY:IN-PERSON | Servant Leadership and the Power of Influence
DESCRIPTION:Join Central Exchange as we welcome Erin Herman for a special keynote presentation\, Servant Leadership and the Power of Influence. Erin Herman is a globally recognized Keynote Speaker\, Facilitator\, and Social Impact Strategist\, empowering world-class organizations and visionary leaders to show up with clarity\, connect with purpose\, and thrive during high-stakes moments. \n\n\n\nServant Leadership and the Power of Influence is designed to help leaders rethink influence as something that happens in the small\, everyday moments\, not just in big decisions or formal leadership roles. Erin will explore how the way leaders show up through presence\, tone\, recognition\, and trust directly shapes team engagement\, retention\, and overall culture. She will introduce a simple\, practical framework (SERVE) that leaders can apply in real time\, along with a few tangible habits they can start immediately like creating intentional "see me" moments\, building confidence through ownership\, and reinforcing culture through how they close each day.\n\n\n\nAttendees will walk away with a clear understanding that leadership isn't about doing more\, it's about being more intentional in the moments that already exist and recognizing the powerful ripple effect they have on every person they lead.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nErin Herman empowers leaders to leverage change as a superpower so that they can take themselves and their organizations to new heights. For two decades\, Erin has worked with Fortune 500 executive leadership teams across the globe to achieve global impact at scale. She has held executive leadership roles with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital-ALSAC and the United Nations Children's Fund\, where she set the strategy for the global corporate partnerships program to achieve ambitious goals supporting the world's most vulnerable children. Erin is responsible for securing one of the largest philanthropic commitments ever made to a children's hospital: a $300 million\, 10-year partnership.\n\n\n\nOne of Erin's proudest developments was the "Learning Passport\," an online and mobile platform that enables continuous access to quality education\, which she created in partnership with Microsoft and Cambridge University. The platform has educated children in more than 40 countries to date and was ranked among the 100 Best Inventions of 2021 by Time. In 2020\, PMI ranked the platform as the 3rd Most Influential Project in the World. Through her work\, she has traveled the world extensively\, meeting with teams to inspire\, cultivate\, and collaborate on what is truly possible.\n\n\n\nErin has been a panelist at the United Nations General Assembly\, a featured speaker at the Partner Summit in Memphis\, Tennessee\, and featured in the University of Missouri\, Kansas City\, Bloch School of Business Semi-Annual Publication.\n\n \n\nErin has lived and worked in China\, Finland\, Italy\, and South Africa. She currently resides in the Kansas City metropolitan area with her husband\, daughter\, and son.
