SUMMARY:IN-PERSON | The Paradox Toolkit | Part Two: Applying Polarity Mapping to Real-World Challenges
DESCRIPTION:What if you could take constant leadership tensions like speed vs. quality\, control vs. empowerment\, innovation vs. stability\, and turn them into a plan for stronger results? That's exactly what this session is about.\n\n \n\n\nBuilding on the foundation from Session 1\, we'll dive deeper into polarity mapping and give you the chance to put the tool to work. After a quick refresher to get everyone grounded\, you'll practice with fictional workplace and career management scenarios designed to mirror real-life challenges. You'll:\n\n\n	Pinpoint the two poles at the heart of a paradox\n	Map benefits\, risks\, and early warning signs for each\n	Create a polarity action plan that makes both sides work for you\, not against you\n\n\n \n\nThis hands-on session equips you to put polarity mapping into practice\, either for your own leadership challenges or as a tool to help a group find balance together.\n\n\n\nNo worries if you missed the first session--there will be a short recap!\n\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRashel Hughley is the founder of HR consulting firm10:Ninety\, Inc.\, an organization focused on creating exceptional leaders\, teams and employee experiences.
