Marchant also provides counsel and support to the Hallmark Board of Directors. \n\n \n\nMarchant leads corporate affairs functions including government affairs\, corporate giving\, enterprise ethics and compliance\, and human resources\, recruiting\, and talent development support for the corporate team functions and the family's trust and philanthropic arms.\n\n \n\nMarchant joined Hallmark in 2018. Previously\, she served as general counsel of Farm Credit Mid-America\, a $22 billion financial services cooperative\, leading the legal and government affairs functions.
