DESCRIPTION:Because of it's popularity and small group nature\, the Red Lean In Exchange Circle has reached capacity! There are 2 additional cohorts that begin in April 2022 which currently have openings if you would like to join: the Purple Cohort on April 4 and Green Cohort on April 11.\n\nAre you ready to participate in a confidential small group with other women\, to connect on a more personal level\, sharing stories\, experiences\, successes\, and challenges?\n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to announce our newest Exchange Circle\, Lean In\, which began in January 2022.\n\nBased on Sheryl Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, this new Exchange Circle is facilitated by Amanda Hahn and Stacey Dershem\, and will focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\nThe Lean In Exchange Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to get to know each other by tapping into each other's ideas and giving support. The group dynamics will grow and change throughout the upcoming year based on the participation of the group's attendees.\n\n\n\nDue to the personal and confidential nature of theses conversations\, this Exchange Circle is limited to 12 attendees and we ask each person to commit to attending for a minimum of 6 months.
