She has over 26 years of experience in the learning and development industry. \n\nMichele has served on the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board since 2010 and was a featured expert for the American Management Association\, working with businesses like American Airlines\, University of California Berkeley\, The Gap\, Sprint and Coca Cola. \n\n \n\nMichele is the author of SheVENTURE\, Success Strategies for Female Entrepreneurs. She is also an internationally recognized speaker with the U.S. State Department's Women's Entrepreneurship in the Americas and serves as a panelist and speaker for the Global Entrepreneurship Congress.
