We all have a &ldquo\;comfort zone&rdquo\; when it comes to influence and communication. \; Great leaders know when that style works for them and when it does not. \; Great leaders also know which styles are the biggest &ldquo\;stretch&rdquo\; for them and how to do it when the situation calls for it. \; \; Situational Leadership entails fine tuning your natural style to the situation as well as the person you are trying to influence and coach. \; In this session\, Amy will explore primary leadership comfort zones\, based upon personality\, and explore the best situations for leaning into those styles! \; We will explore ways to tactically adapt your natural style to create the greatest impact in a moment. \;
