Prior to moving to Kansas City in 2020\, she saw much success as a collegiate basketball player and coach but decided to step away and begin an entrepreneurial career. She has bottled up her knowledge through her Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Management and Business Marketing along with her Master?s Degree in Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration\, years of collegiate coaching career and experiences to share with organizations as they work to cultivate inclusive culture. As the President & Founder of Valued LLC.\, Micha has dedicated her coaching to empower organizational culture by helping teams look inward to best serve outward with focus on Team Building\, Leadership Development\, and Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion & Belonging. As a Certified Diversity Professional\, she is passionate in helping organizations dive into tough conversations around Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion to provide a deeper understanding for growth and sense of belonging.
