Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women who understand what you're going through\, your Lean In Circle will give you the boost we all need.\n\n\n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to partner with the Lean In Network | Kansas City to offer Lean In Circles to our members and non-members throughout the KC metropolitan area.\n\n\n\nBased on Sheryl Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, these small cohorts focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\n\n\nEach Lean In Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to know each other by tapping into one another ideas and giving support. Cori serves Della Lamb as the chief agency advocate and fundraiser.\n\n \n\nAs a passionate Kansas Citian\, she invites others to share their time\, talent\, and treasures with and through Della Lamb for the progress of our city. \n\n \n\nWith more than 20 years of non-profit management\, public relations and board-level leadership experience\, Cori developed her skills as the Special Events Development Director at the National Office of the March of Dimes\, at the Rose Brooks Center as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations\, and later as a Tour Manager at the Miss America Organization. She took a brief detour as the Director of Experiential Marketing for a financial technology company. She currently spends her free time as a Lead to Read volunteer\, on the Board of Directors for Flourish Furniture Bank and as the DEI Advisory Commission chair for Delta Gamma Fraternity.
