DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to participate in a confidential small group with other women\, to connect on a more personal level\, sharing stories\, experiences\, successes\, and challenges?\n\n\n\nCentral Exchange is committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them achieve their goals\, and we are very excited to announce we are adding two more cohorts of our newest Exchange Circle\, "Lean In"! \n\n\n\nJoin us on March 7 at 8am for an information session to help you understand the purpose of the new Lean In Exchange Circle\, allow you to ask questions\, and decide if this is the right program for you. Our first Lean In Circle launched in January 2022 and a waiting list formed almost immediately\, so 2 new cohorts have been added. They will begin in April\, the 1st and 2nd Monday of each month from 8a - 9a. \n\n \n\n\n\n\nBased on Sheryl Sandberg's book\, Lean In\, these new Exchange Circles are facilitated by Amanda Hahn and Stacey Dershem\, and will focus on encouraging women to pursue their ambitions and change the conversation from what we can't do to what we can do.\n\n\n\nThe Lean In Exchange Circle provides you an opportunity to connect with other women and share experiences that allow you to get to know each other by tapping into each other's ideas and giving support. The group dynamics will grow and change throughout the upcoming year based on the participation of the group's attendees. Due to the personal and confidential nature of theses conversations\, each Lean In Circle is limited to 12 attendees and we ask each person to commit to attending for a minimum of 6 months to receive the full experience.\n\n\n\nThis information session is not required to attend either of the new Lean In Circle cohorts.  If you know you want to attend\, please feel free to register by going directly to the Purple Cohort on April 4 or Green Cohort on April 11.
