Join us as we participate in AIDS Walk Kansas City.  Now in its 27^th year, it is the primary fundraising event of the AIDS Service Foundation.  AIDS Walk is coming off one a very successful event cycle, having raised nearly $500,000 last year! Since 1988, AIDS Walk Kansas City has raised nearly $8.5 million for local AIDS service organizations.

Details:  Register with CX (so we know to look for you) and on the race website at:   www.aidswalkkansascity.org.  Click on “register” and fill out the 1^st registration page.  On the next page, choose “Join Team” and enter Central Exchange when prompted.
 
We’ll meet between  9:30 and 9:55 in front of the registration area.  Look for Patience; she’ll have a sign that says “Central Exchange”.

The mission of the AIDS Service Foundation is to raise awareness and funding for local service organizations which provide shelter, medical care and emergency services to the women, men and children living with HIV/AIDS in our community.  To find out more about this organization, go to:  www.aidswalkkansascity.org.
