Jim McGraw worked at Marion Laboratories where he was Chief Operating Officer as the company became the hottest stock on Wall Street. 
 
At the Kauffman Foundation, he was a founding board member and later Chairman of the Board.
 
In the spirit of Mr. K, Jim believes in sharing his success with others.  His program today is called LEAPP Ahead and it touches on Leadership, Empathy and the Power of Persuasion, skills he learned from Mr. K which are as practical today as they were then.
