Many people fear that genes are their destiny, that the diabetes, heart disease or cancer that run in the family will one day affect them as well. However, it does not have to be that way.
Genetics play a part, but it is our lifestyle and environment that activate genetic response. In other words, even if we carry certain risks in our genes, we have the power to "switch them off" or at least "dial them down" with the choices we make – food being the biggest leverage we have.
Join us at Olive Tree on October 21st where you will learn new research on nutrigenomics, epigenetics, and ways to use food to focus your efforts in preventing or delaying disease. Plus, enjoy a live food demonstration by our culinary medicine expert and taste healthy appetizers that will make your genes (and taste buds) sing!
Bonus | Receive a 10% discount at Olive Tree after the program!
