Julie Klima is the executive director of Gift of Life, a Kansas-based non-profit that supports the awareness and success of organ, eye, and tissue donation and transplant locally and around the country. With more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, and technology, Julie thrives using her breadth of nonprofit and private sector experience to add value to the community and loves learning with and from other strong female leaders.
Amanda Hahn has been a steadfast leader in corporate retail for over 20 years. While navigating her evolving roles within recognizable global companies like Helzberg Diamonds, Lee Jeans and Macy*s, Amanda has prevailed many significant challenges, including exiting and returning to corporate environments, divorce, career shifts and now entrepreneurship. Armed with valuable knowledge from her own transformational experiences, she is positioned to help high achieving women leaders step into their fullest potential.
Amanda earned her Master’s of Science in Organization Development and Leadership Coaching certification from Avila University and her undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin. Amanda is a lifelong learner and avid reader who could practically fill a library with her pandemic reads alone. She is the proud mom of two children attending university, one of whom is currently studying overseas in Amsterdam.
Denise Mills is a Leadership Development Consultant and has been working with Executive Leadership teams for more than 25 years. As Chief Mindset Officer for her firm, LeaderFuel, she is adept at challenging perspectives, identifying beliefs, and exposing blind spots that limit effectiveness in business. Denise brings expertise and insights to the Emerging Leaders program on topics such as developing dynamic teams, creating a constructive organizational culture, strategic planning and employee engagement.
In addition to being an Executive coach and master networker, Denise facilitates Executive Women Round Tables, Lean In Circles, and nationally consults to the members of C200, the most prestigious women’s business organization in the U.S.
Sarah Uchytil is a dynamic International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Connector and Change Maker. She works with individuals on topics including empowered leadership, personal development, life balance, energy management, career transition, professional branding, LinkedIn presence, networking strategies, interview skills, salary negotiation, and goal setting.
Sarah incorporates meditation into her coaching sessions to encourage her clients to grow and stretch even further than they thought possible. Meditation is a powerful tool to dissolve limiting beliefs and remove blocks which get in her client’s way. Sarah believes in coaching to the whole person and living a healthy well-balanced life.
