This program is designed for attendees to learn how the brain can react during challenging situations, and how to leverage that knowledge to build a resilient, growth-based mindset. Full of real-world examples and practical, neuroscience-based tools, this presentation applies cognitive-behavioral principles in a way that is useful and accessible.
Join Amy Schield, a neuroscience-based life coach as she shares how understanding even a small part of the science behind cognitive-behavioral choices can significantly influence a woman's personal and professional trajectory—particularly when navigating challenging circumstances.
Amy Schield, MBA, is a neuroscience-based life coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. She helps smart, capable women feel as confident on the inside as they look on the outside, so they can create a lasting impact on their circles of influence. Outside of building her life coaching and personal development business, she enjoys volunteering, live music, and spending time with loved ones. She lives in Lee’s Summit, MO with her husband.
