The Annual Meeting is free and open to all current Central Exchange Members. We look forward to sharing with you the many things you have helped us accomplish over the last year, as well as stepping into another year of positive growth for Central Exchange in 2026. Join us in-person at UMKC Bloch for a breakfast buffet at 8:30 am followed by the Annual Meeting at 9:00 am. We can't wait to see you there!
A quorum is required to conduct business, meaning 10% of our active members in good standing must be present or submit their vote by proxy online. Register by January 13th to help us meet the quorum. If you are not able to attend this meeting live, or you would like to vote early, please make your vote online by January 15, 2026 at 9 am. Voting will become available at the beginning of January.

You will receive an email from UMKC Parking 24-48 hours prior to the program. This will include a personalized link to the parking registration portal. To complete registration, you will enter your vehicle information, including your license plate number.
Parking is available in the Cherry Street Garage, and you can also park in Lot 12, Lot 14, or Lot 19, or any of the other lots in red on the map (see here).
