Teresa has a passion for learning and completed an Executive Education program focused on Product Strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is currently finishing her Executive MBA at Rockhurst University and her Master of Science in Integrated Innovation for Products and Services at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to her role at TreviPay, Teresa led product strategy for Service Management Group, a customer experience solution focused on loyalty, text analytics, and social feedback. She has also held several product leadership roles in healthcare technology at Netsmart Technologies, electronic imaging at Lexmark, formerly Perceptive Software and financial technology organizations H&R Block and DST Systems.
